We are a highly specialised and family-oriented real estate agency whose team ethos is centred on offering absolute excellence in property management and delivering first class service, results and communication in Colyton and surrounds.

Due to our continued growth, we are now seeking an experienced and accomplished Leasing Consultant who is looking to align themselves with an office offering a new, modern, fully equipped office with all facilities, a happy and harmonious team and a wonderfully supportive and encouraging and vibrant working environment. The mission for the Leasing Consultant is to effectively manage client relationships with both landlords and tenants during the advertising and application phase of the property.

You will be a well rounded professional, with a minimum of three years experience in the industry. You will be competent in all facets of the role, be an excellent communicator both oral and written, have a strong work ethic, be service driven and want to excel in gaining the best possible rental return and minimising risk for your landlord. Aspects of the role you will need to be proficient in are, ensuring that all properties are correctly advertised in a timely manner; ensuring that all properties are leased in a timely manner; ensuring properties are presented to the highest standard at all times; and ensuring our clients are extremely satisfied with our service offerings and communication.

You will have a full drivers licence, be competent in using platforms such as InspectRealEstate and Homepass, CONSOLE and Google OS.

In return we offer a good salary, superannuation, expenses for car and mobile phone usage. Saturday’s are a must for this role but we can arrange alternative days off with you.

  • Assimilate information within expected norms and can appreciate more complex information processing;
  • Communicate within normal expectations and are also comfortable communicating the more complex aspects of their routine functions;
  • Are reasonably efficient about utilising numerical data in decision-making and require little assistance in processing graphic representations of this data;
  • Respond well to demands on their time and generally work at a brisk pace;
  • Take on leadership roles comfortably but are still capable of following when necessary;
  • Are moderately social, motivated by the opportunity to present their ideas and suggestions and are encouraged by the opportunity to work in a team environment;
  • Are effective without direct management, yet welcome some structure and supervision as needed;
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, yet are not required to resist the expression of frustration in order to achieve success in their work;
  • Respond at an even pace and maintain effective time management skills when making decisions;
  • Enjoy working with others, even in stressful conditions;
  • Are moderately independent yet can accept necessary supervision and structure;
  • Are most successful when provided ample information to make objective decisions, yet are capable of relying on intuition when necessary.
